Cute Summer Sun Dress

                                                      Fold about 1 yard of fabric in half

                                                 Put a tank top on your fabric

                                                               Tuck in the arm strings

                     Cut around your tank top BUT cut longer then your tank top is so its looks like a dress

                                                                 Fold inside out

                                                                       Pin the sides

                                                        Sew where your pins are DO NOT SEW OVER THE PINS THEY COULD FLY UP AND HIT YOU IN THE EYE

                                                                          SEW

                 
                                            Fold rightside out. (Its starting to look like a dress already)

                                                                Fold to part open

                                                                 Fold top part over

                                                                               PIN

                                                                           SEW

                                                           HEM THE BOTTOM

                                                                         SEW

                                                              Hem the sheve part

                                                                    Get some ribbon

                                                              Add a saftey pin to the end of ribbon

                                                            Feed it through the top

                                       
                     Like THIS !!!!! FEED THROUGH ALL SIDES And TiE A BOW ON THE SIDE
